A Latvian boy who is building a flying car
Airboard | Elviss Straupenieks
Elviss is the youngest and brightest entrepreneur I have met so far. He is pretty much a genius: He started thinking about inventing a flying machine since he was 12, established his company when he was 16 (by special permission), graduated early, raised money and built a prototype of a flying hover-board. The prototype has a solid range and the battery life is unprecedented. Tim Draper and other solid peeps from Latvia and Europe are among his advisors. I think he is building a flying car, he just doesn't know it.
